Popular Nigerian gospel singer, Shola Allyson, has taken a big step in her music journey by signing with Sony Music Publishing Nigeria.

The news was shared on Friday through an Instagram post by Sony Music. The global music company warmly welcomed her, saying they were happy to have the “legendary Shola Allyson” as part of their family.

Shola Allyson also confirmed the signing in a video shared on her Instagram page. She told her fans that she was very happy and grateful for the opportunity. “I’m excited to announce that I’ve signed with Sony Music Publishing Nigeria,” she said.

In the same video, she expressed hope and excitement for what lies ahead. According to her, while she has enjoyed success in the past, this new deal opens the door for even bigger things. She’s especially looking forward to new opportunities and working with other artists.

This signing comes just a week after Bright Chimezie, a well-known highlife singer, also joined the same music label.
