Pastor Paul Adefarasin, a well-known Lagos cleric, appeared before the Lagos State Police on Monday, June 17. His visit followed a viral video showing him holding an object that looked like a gun while driving a car without a license plate.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed that Pastor Adefarasin voluntarily presented himself to the police. He is currently being questioned by investigators over the incident.

Hundeyin further stated that the police will share the findings of their investigation once it’s completed.

Meanwhile, Pastor Adefarasin has denied having or using a firearm, saying the object in the video was not a gun.
