Senator Adams Oshiomhole says he no longer flies with Air Peace. He explained that despite the airline’s name, there’s no peace in how they treat people, so he has stopped using their services completely.

He shared that the last time he bought a ticket from the airline, he didn’t even use it. Since then, he made up his mind not to travel with them again.

Speaking on the recent incident that caused a lot of public attention, Oshiomhole said he acted because he saw that other Nigerian passengers were not treated fairly. He said he wasn’t trying to use his influence to break any rules but was simply standing up for people who had already checked in but were still denied boarding.

Air Peace had accused him of causing disruption and trying to force his way onto a flight using his security team after the check-in time had passed. Oshiomhole denied this, saying his actions were misunderstood and that he only stepped in because the airline was unfair to passengers.
