The 19-year-old forward caught attention after performing well in Turkey’s second-tier league with the club Sanliurfaspor last season.

Ogundu made a solid impact, scoring six goals and providing two assists. His performance helped him gain interest from clubs outside Turkey.

According to a report by The Scotsman, Hearts are currently considering making an official bid for Ogundu.

However, the deal might not be easy to finalize. Sanliurfaspor is asking for a good transfer fee and is not looking to sell the player for a low price.

Ogundu joined Sanliurfaspor last August from Diamond Academy in Nigeria. He made his professional debut with the Turkish club in January this year.
