Linc Edochie, who used to be an actor, has spoken out after people online insulted his new wife. Some trolls called her an “old cargo” because Linc divorced his first wife.
Linc and his new wife, Yinka, have been facing harsh comments on social media. This started when Yinka left a message on a post by her brother-in-law, Yul Edochie, which caught attention.
In a video he shared, Linc asked everyone to stop attacking his wife and family. He said that his family is not responsible for the problems in Nigeria, so they should not be blamed or bothered.
He also spoke against rumors that his family took money from May after she split from Yul. Linc wants people to stop spreading false stories and let his family live in peace.
‘’In the last 24 to 48 hours, the internet has been ablaze with pictures of me and my new wife. A lot of people have attacked us and have said all soughts of things and I am wondering ‘why can’t you let people be?’ In our culture, when you insult an elder who has done nothing wrong to you, Karma will come for you. When mindless bloggers were insulting my family, my parents, my eldest brother and myself, calling us all soughts of names saying we we are ritualists, did voodoo and spent May’s money, I am wondering where is all this nonsense coming from?
No facts, no evidence, Nothing! A family that has done nothing wrong to you.
