Regina Askia-Williams, once a popular actress in Nollywood, recently shared a personal message she received from one of her fans. The message was about her current physical appearance and it got people talking.

Now living in the United States and working as a nurse, Regina took to Instagram to post a screenshot of the message. It showed how a fan reached out to her with some direct advice about her body.

According to the message, the fan told Regina that she should start going to the gym. The fan mentioned that she really needed it and even asked her to work on her figure again. The person went as far as saying “in the name of God” to make sure she took the suggestion seriously.

Instead of feeling insulted or angry, Regina responded with grace. She said she took the comment in good faith and promised that she would begin working out at the gym soon.
