Nigerian activist and politician Omoyele Sowore has claimed that the 2027 presidential election results are already fixed. He believes powerful people in government have already decided who will win.

In an interview with Vanguard, Sowore said with confidence that the outcome of the next election has been written ahead of time. According to him, the election won’t be free or fair.

Even though he believes the system is corrupt, Sowore still plans to run in the 2027 presidential race. He said he has never stopped running, whether through elections, protests, or court cases. For him, the fight for change is constant.

Sowore also said he doesn’t believe in the current voting system in Nigeria. He strongly feels that real change won’t come from the ballot box but through a major rebellion against the system.

Speaking on the state of the country, Sowore criticized President Bola Tinubu. He said Nigerians made a big mistake by voting him into power. Sowore warned that people may soon wish to go back to Buhari’s time, even though that era also caused harm.

He claimed that Tinubu has done more damage in just two years than Buhari did in eight. According to him, Tinubu has harmed the economy, weakened democracy, and broken down major institutions like education. He believes Tinubu is burying the country that Buhari had already killed.
