Activist Aisha Yesufu has told the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, to stop insulting people who complain about the bad smell in Lagos. She said he should focus on solving the problem instead.
She shared her thoughts on X, saying that when Babatunde Fashola was governor, he didn’t fight back when people said the city was dirty or smelly. Instead, he got to work and cleaned up the state.
Aisha advised Wahab to listen to the feedback he’s getting from the public. She said he should take action and make sure the city is clean, instead of ignoring the problem or attacking those who speak out.
