Former Bayern Munich star Bastian Schweinsteiger believes Paris Saint-Germain’s biggest star is not a player but their coach, Luis Enrique.

Speaking during the Heineken UEFA Champions League Trophy Tour in Cape Town, Schweinsteiger praised Enrique for leading PSG successfully, even after big names like Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar left the club.

PSG will face Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League semi-final. The winner will play in the final at the Allianz Arena next month.

“They had Neymar, Mbappe, and Messi before,” Schweinsteiger said. “But now, even without a superstar, the team is working well. I think the biggest star is Luis Enrique.”

He added that Enrique did a great job during his time as Barcelona’s manager and is now showing his skills again by managing the team well despite the major player departures.
