Nigerian rapper Folarin Falana, better known as Falz, recently talked about his favorite foods on social media.

On Saturday, Falz shared that plantain is one of his favorite meals. He even said that if someone he is dating doesn’t like plantains, it could end the relationship.

Posting on his X account, Falz wrote, “Not liking plantain is serious grounds for break up.”

He also shared that his all-time favorite meal is boiled yam and fried eggs. According to him, he could happily eat that every day. “One meal I can eat everyday for the rest of my life – boiled yam and fried eggs,” he said.

However, Falz made a funny comment about semo (a Nigerian food made from semolina). He said he wouldn’t recommend eating it at any time of the day and even joked that it shouldn’t be considered food.

His opinion about semo quickly caused mixed reactions online, as many people disagreed with him.
