Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has announced the team’s starting line-up for their Champions League quarter-final second leg match against Arsenal on Wednesday night.
Top players like Vinicius Jr., Kylian Mbappé, and Rodrygo will all start the match. However, experienced midfielder Luka Modric will begin on the bench. Instead, Aurélien Tchouameni will take his place in midfield.
Real Madrid go into the game trying to recover from a tough 3-0 loss in the first leg at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium. Last weekend, they won 1-0 against Alaves in LaLiga. Arsenal, on the other hand, had a 1-1 draw against Brentford in the Premier League.
The winner of this match will go on to play Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-finals.
Real Madrid’s Starting XI:
Courtois; Vazquez, Asencio, Rüdiger, Alaba; Valverde, Tchouameni, Bellingham; Vinicius, Mbappé, Rodrygo.
The match will kick off at 8 PM Nigerian time.
