Arsenal missed another chance to close the gap on Premier League leaders Liverpool after a 1-1 draw with Brentford on Saturday.
Manager Mikel Arteta made five changes to the team that beat Real Madrid 3-0 in the Champions League. But the Gunners looked flat in the first half, which ended without any goals.
In the second half, Arsenal took the lead when Thomas Partey scored from a quick counter-attack. Declan Rice passed the ball to him, and Partey finished it well.
However, Brentford hit back when Yoane Wissa scored with a clever finish, making sure both teams got a point.
With this result, Arsenal now have 63 points and are 10 points behind Liverpool, who play West Ham on Sunday.
