Nnamdi Kanu’s prophecies on Fulani incursion in Nigeria fulfilled – IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have said that their leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, made many predictions years ago that are now coming true. According to IPOB, Kanu warned Nigerians back in 2014 that Fulani militants would take control of many parts of the country and that the government would not do anything to stop them.

He also predicted in 2016 that Bola Ahmed Tinubu would become the President of Nigeria after Muhammadu Buhari. At the time, many people didn’t believe these things would happen.

IPOB now says that these events show that Kanu is a true prophet. They believe his warnings about the Fulani expansion and attacks across Nigeria are now happening, as many communities face attacks and insecurity. They also claim that the government and security agencies are not protecting citizens.

IPOB also said that history shows how the Fulani have taken over lands through trickery in different parts of Nigeria. They mentioned the case of the Hausa people and how Kwara State, once Yoruba land, is now part of what they call the Fulani Caliphate.

They believe Kanu’s arrest and detention in 2021 were part of a plan to silence him because he spoke out against things like RUGA settlements and other government actions that would help the Fulani take more land.

According to IPOB, the only solution is to break up Nigeria and allow each tribe to form its own country. They say Nigeria was forced into unity by the British in 1914, and that unity has brought suffering.

They also urged all Nigerians, especially indigenous people, to protect themselves, since the government and military can’t be trusted. IPOB ended by calling for Kanu’s immediate release and asking people to thank him for his efforts to protect their lands.
