Former football star Steve McManaman has shared his thoughts on Barcelona’s top performer this season. After Barcelona’s big 4-0 win against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, McManaman said that midfielder Pedri is the best player in the team right now.

Even though players like Raphinha, Lamine Yamal, and Robert Lewandowski scored in the game, McManaman highlighted Pedri’s importance. Speaking on TNT Sports, he said, “People talk about Barcelona’s attackers, but I think Pedri is their best player.”

He also added, “Pedri is a lovely player. He was a young star before his serious injury. But now he’s back and playing really well this season. I’m a big fan of his.”
