Kim Kardashian considering changing her custody agreement after Kanye West releases song with 11-year-old daughter & Diddy

Kim Kardashian is thinking about changing her custody agreement with ex-husband Kanye West after he released a song featuring their 11-year-old daughter, North West. The song, which also includes rapper Diddy, was released without Kim’s approval.

Kim and Kanye, who were married in 2014, finalized their divorce in 2022. As part of their agreement, they share joint physical and legal custody of their four children: North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5).

While Kanye doesn’t spend much time with their children, the legal custody arrangement allows him to have a say in major decisions about their upbringing. However, after he ignored Kim’s objections and released the song “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” she is now considering taking legal action to change this arrangement.

Kim reportedly tried to stop Kanye from releasing the song, especially because it also features Diddy, who is facing serious allegations. Under their custody agreement, any major disagreements must be discussed in a private legal session with their attorneys and a mediator.

Kim attended the meeting to express her concerns, but Kanye skipped it. He later said he would not release the song. However, just a day later, he posted the track on social media and made a bold statement, claiming that “men make the final decision.”

Following Kanye’s actions, Kim is now planning to ask a judge to reduce his decision-making rights regarding their children. This could mean changing the current custody agreement to limit his legal say in parenting matters.

The situation has now turned into a legal battle, with Kim determined to protect her children from what she sees as Kanye’s reckless decisions. If she moves forward with the case, a judge may decide whether Kanye will still have joint legal custody or if Kim will have more control over parenting decisions.

This latest conflict adds to the ongoing drama between Kim and Kanye, making their co-parenting situation even more complicated.
