Popular Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has publicly called out Chef T, the well-known food blogger behind Diary of a Kitchen Lover. The actress accused Chef T of ignoring her request for a collaboration.

Toriola shared a screenshot of their chat from August 2024 on her Instagram page, showing that she reached out to Chef T but did not get a response. Expressing her frustration, she wrote:

“Diaryofakitchenlover feels like she does not need anyone again, na only she grow her grow. Shey na December me sef come out?”

Her comment suggests she believes Chef T no longer values collaborations, possibly because of her success.

This drama comes shortly after another Nollywood star, Funke Akindele, unfollowed Chef T. Reports suggest that Akindele took this action because Chef T failed to promote her new movie.
