Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central, arrived at the Senate chamber on Wednesday, March 5, as the session resumed after a one-week break.

She walked into the chamber with her husband and gave him a kiss before heading to her seat. Her newly assigned seat has been a source of controversy, leading to rising tensions within the Senate.

The issue escalated after she accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment. The case is currently being reviewed by both the courts and the Senate Committee on Ethics and Privileges.
