Arsenal are making moves to sign Napoli’s on-loan forward Victor Osimhen in the upcoming summer transfer window. Reports from Italian outlet Tuttojuve suggest that the Gunners are preparing a bid of around £65m (€75m) to secure the striker.

Osimhen has been in great form this season, contributing 27 goals (22 goals and 5 assists) across all competitions. On Sunday, he scored twice, including a penalty, in Galatasaray’s 3-3 draw against Kasimpasa.

According to Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, Arsenal are also competing with Manchester United for Osimhen’s signature. With Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz struggling with injuries, the North London club is keen to bring in a new centre-forward.

Osimhen is currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, but he is not expected to return to Italy. With only a year left on his contract, he is likely to leave permanently this summer. Arsenal are now leading the race to sign him as they look to strengthen their squad for next season.
