The police in Ogun State have arrested a man seen in a viral video kicking his young son.

A shocking video of the incident showed the man brutally kicking the child, who appears to be about three years old. The video went viral online, sparking outrage from many people.

Following the public outcry, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, directed the Ogun State Police Command to take action and arrest the man.

In a new update shared on social media, Adejobi confirmed that the suspect has been arrested. He added that the man will face charges in court on Monday, March 3.
