Popular media personality, Nedu Wazobia, has spoken out against allegations linking him to drug-related and fraudulent activities.

A leaked audio recording recently went viral, with social media critic VeryDarkMan accusing him of having ties to individuals involved in illegal dealings in Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco.

VeryDarkMan, known for exposing controversial issues, claimed that Nedu was connected to people engaged in drug trafficking and fraud.

He backed his claims by submitting a petition against Nedu at the embassies of Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco in Nigeria on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

In response, Nedu took to Instagram to deny the allegations. He stated clearly that he had no involvement in any illegal activities and had nothing to do with the viral audio recording.

“Hello everyone, this is not a joke anymore. I know nothing about that voice note going around. I did not make that voice note. While this seems to be fun and games, I’ve never and will never be part of anything criminal,” he wrote on his Instagram story.
