Russia-Ukriane war: Pathological liars, cannot be trusted – Zelensky slams Russian leaders

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accused Russia’s leaders of being “pathological liars” after a major drone attack on Odesa. The attack, which happened overnight, left most of the city without electricity, water, or heating.

Odesa’s Mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov, shared on Telegram that hospitals, clinics, and social infrastructure were affected by the attack. He described the strike as “massive,” highlighting the severe damage caused.

Following the attack, Zelenskyy took to social media to express his frustration. He said that Russia’s leaders “cannot be trusted” and must be pressured to achieve peace.

Meanwhile, Russian and U.S. officials recently held high-level talks in Saudi Arabia—the first in over three years. However, Ukraine was not part of the discussions. After the meeting, former U.S. President Donald Trump suggested that Zelenskyy was responsible for “starting” the war.

As the conflict continues, tensions remain high, with Ukraine insisting that Russia’s actions prove they are unreliable and must be held accountable.
