Popular singer Davido has called out Osun State Police Commissioner, Umar Abba, following the killing of a former local government chairman. He accused the commissioner of ignoring the rule of law.

On Monday, unknown gunmen attacked the Irewole Local Government secretariat in Ikire, Osun State. During the attack, the sacked local government chairman, Remi Abass, and two others were shot dead. The attack happened in broad daylight, shocking many people in the area.

Davido, who is from Osun State, reacted strongly to the news. He took to social media to criticize the Osun State Commissioner of Police, Umar Abba.

“Mr. Umar Abba, Osun State Commissioner, you are a disgrace to your children! Game on. All of us go mad together,” Davido wrote.

He accused the commissioner of failing to uphold justice and warned that he would keep speaking out against him.

“Mr. Commissioner, respect the rule of law. You are not madder or crazier than us. Make we all kuku mad. MEN MOUNT,” he added.

Davido also threatened to post about the commissioner every day to expose him.

Many people are now worried about the rising violence in Osun State. The killing of Remi Abass has raised questions about security in the state. People are calling on the police to investigate the attack and bring the killers to justice.
