A young and hardworking dental surgeon, Dr. Ncumisa Mdlocolo, has tragically passed away after tirelessly working despite severe exhaustion.

Dr. Mdlocolo achieved her dream of becoming a doctor in December 2020, sharing her accomplishment on social media.

On January 28, 2025, she posted a tweet expressing her extreme fatigue, saying, “I’m so exhausted. Feels like I’m going to pass away but I also want to read. Ndithini?” A friend advised her to rest, and she acknowledged her exhaustion.

Sadly, just four days later, on February 1, 2025, Dr. Mdlocolo passed away. Friends and colleagues have taken to social media to mourn her loss, highlighting the intense pressures faced by healthcare professionals.
