Nigeria police raises alarm over surge in missing persons

The Ogun State Police Command has raised an alarm over the growing number of missing persons in the state. According to the Police spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, reports of missing people have increased significantly, with individuals of all ages affected. Sadly, only a few have been found, and many remain missing.

To keep the community safe, the police are urging everyone to be more cautious and security-conscious. They are also working to raise awareness about this troubling trend.

The police advise parents not to allow their children to travel with strangers in commercial vehicles.

The police encourage young people to use their mobile phones’ sharing and communication features when traveling or in distress.

Always stay aware of your surroundings and keep in touch with loved ones, especially when traveling.

    The Police Commissioner, Lanre Ogunlowo, has also shared measures to help keep the public safe, and he advises everyone to take extra care.
