President Bola Tinubu has vowed to ensure that anyone causing harm to Nigeria will face the full force of the law. Speaking through National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu at the graduation ceremony for the Executive Intelligence Management Course in Abuja, Tinubu reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to maintaining peace and security in the country.
The president made it clear that individuals, whether inside Nigeria or abroad, who engage in harmful activities will not be allowed to escape justice. He said, “If you are a bad person, whether in Nigeria or outside, you are in trouble. We will go after you and bring you to justice.”
Also speaking at the event, Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Adeọla Ajayi, stressed the importance of cooperation between Nigeria’s security agencies. Ajayi highlighted that by working together effectively, security issues in the country could be overcome. He expressed confidence that Nigerians would soon enjoy peace and safety, saying, “Together, we can win. Very soon, all Nigerians will sleep with their two eyes closed.”
Ajayi also thanked the president for his leadership and pledged to remain dedicated to his role in ensuring the country’s security.
The event reflects a renewed focus on strengthening Nigeria’s security efforts and ensuring stability for its citizens.
