On Tuesday, August 20, three men were arrested in the Ebute-Igbogbo area of Lagos for allegedly trying to kidnap a car dealer. The suspects were caught after a mob intervened and handed them over to the police. According to the Lagos state police spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the suspects are now in police custody. He also mentioned that efforts are underway to apprehend two more individuals who were involved in the crime.
