Rapper Curtis James Jackson III, better known as 50 Cent, is calling for the removal of New York State Supreme Court Judge Erin Gall following the release of a video showing her threatening to shoot a group of black teenagers. The footage, recorded in 2022 but only recently made public, has drawn significant backlash and prompted calls for Gall’s resignation.

In response, 50 Cent voiced his outrage on Instagram, urging his followers to help in calling for Gall’s removal. He shared the video with a caption that read, “SMH, she should be removed. This is bad. Repost this video.”

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct has also reviewed the incident, concluding in a report released on July 22 that Gall’s actions “created at least the appearance that she harboured racial bias.”
