The National Cybercrime Centre of the Nigeria Police Force has arrested popular prankster, Zfancy, in Abuja for his threatening video pranks.
According to a statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, Zfancy was arrested at an apartment in the Wuye area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Zfancy claimed the videos were scripted and were part of his attempt to regain attention after a break from the limelight. However, the police emphasized that such actions have serious consequences and cannot be ignored.
ACP Adejobi stated that the Nigeria Police Force is dedicated to maintaining public safety and ensuring that people are held responsible for actions that create fear or disrupt public peace.
He warned pranksters and content creators to follow the law and be mindful of pranks that could threaten public safety and security.
The police urged the public to stay calm as they continue with the necessary legal actions in this case.
