Copa America 2024: Quarter-Finalists Confirmed (Full List)

The 2024 Copa America has seen six teams secure their places in the quarter-finals.

The Quarterfinals of the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™ will be held on July 4, 5, and 6. Teams that were in the same group during the group stage could face each other again in the Semifinals.

As the Group Stage wraps up, the teams advancing to the Quarterfinals of the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™ are preparing for the knockout stage matchups. In this phase, teams from Groups A and B will compete against each other, while teams from Groups C and D will also meet.

The Quarterfinals kick off on July 4 with a match between Argentina, Group A leaders, and Ecuador, who secured 2nd place in Group B (Match 25). The next day, on July 5, Venezuela (Group B leaders) will face Canada (2nd in Group A) in Arlington, Texas (Match 26). This stage concludes on July 6 with two matches: the winner of Group C faces the runner-up of Group D (Match 27), and the winner of Group D takes on the runner-up of Group C (Match 28).

The Semi-Finals are scheduled for July 9 and 10, featuring the winners of Matches 25 and 26, and Matches 27 and 28 respectively. This format allows teams from the same group to potentially meet again in the quest for a spot in the grand final on July 14 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

The Quarter-Final Matches

Match 25: Argentina (1st A) vs. Ecuador (2nd B)

Defending champions Argentina have won their first three games to advance as leaders of their group, and face second-ranked Group B Ecuador, who earned their qualification in their final match against Mexico.

Match 26: Venezuela (1st B) vs. Canada (2nd A)

Debutant Canada made history in its first CONMEBOL Copa América™ appearance in history and returns to the field on the second day of the knockout round. The opponent will be the leader of Group B, Venezuela, which earned the position after winning all three of its Group Stage games.

Where? AT&T Stadium – Arlington, Texas

Match 27: Uruguay (1st C) vs. 2nd D

Uruguay finished the Group Stage with 9 points and awaits the second place team from Group D.

When? Saturday, July 6 at 6 p.m. local time (GMT-7)

Where? Allegiant Stadium – Las Vegas, Nevada

Match 28: 1st D vs. Panama (2nd C)

Colombia has already qualified for the Quarterfinals with two wins in two matches, and reaches the final round followed by Brazil (4 points), Costa Rica (1 point) and Paraguay (0) in Group D. With a draw, it can guarantee first place. They will face Panama, who finished the Group Stage with 6 points after defeating the United States and Bolivia.
