Nguroje added that the 31-year-old Mali Emmanuel, a vigilante, was arrested for shooting and killing Emmanuel Hamma Shehu and Almond Hamma Shehu, both from Bori village, Koma District, Jada LGA.
He also mentioned that further investigations are ongoing, and the suspect will be prosecuted.
