The Anambra State Police Command has captured two men- suspected of being armed robbers and serial rapists in Abagana, a town in Njikoka Local Government Area.

The police spokesperson, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, announced on Sunday, June 16, 2024, that the suspects, Chukwuma Diji and Micheal Edochie, raped a married woman and two other ladies during their robbery operations in the Abagana community.

During the arrest, the police recovered two locally made double-barrel guns, one locally made single-barrel gun, and six live cartridges from the suspects.
