President Bola Tinubu signed the National Anthem Bill 2024 into law on Wednesday.
The bill aims to bring back the old anthem,
“Nigeria, We Hail Thee.”
Senate President Godswill Akpabio announced this during a joint session of the Senate and House of Representatives, which Tinubu attended.

The final approval of the bill will change the current anthem from
