A businesswoman recently shared an unusual experience she had while paying salaries to her employees. She noticed that two of her female Muslim employees provided the same bank account details for their salary payments. Surprisingly, the account did not belong to either of them.

Curious about the situation, she asked them why they shared an account. The women explained that they are both married to the same man, and according to Islamic practice, their salaries should be sent to their husband.

The businesswoman was puzzled and asked Muslims if this practice is common in Islam.

After she shared her observation online, many people reacted with concern. Some said the situation resembled human trafficking, while others feared the husband might use the money to marry another wife, creating a cycle where all his wives work while he controls their earnings.
