FG set to establish Nigeria House ahead of WEF in Davos

The Federal Government has announced plans to establish a “Nigeria House” ahead of the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland. The initiative is aimed at showcasing Nigeria’s economic potential and attracting foreign investors, partners and development agencies to the country.

According to officials, Nigeria House will serve as a platform where government representatives, business leaders and investors can meet, share ideas and explore investment opportunities. It will highlight key sectors such as agriculture, energy, technology, manufacturing and infrastructure. The government believes this will improve Nigeria’s image and boost confidence in the economy.

The project is also designed to promote Nigeria’s reforms, business-friendly policies and ongoing efforts to improve the investment climate. By engaging directly with global leaders and companies at Davos, the government hopes to create stronger partnerships that can support growth, job creation and development back home.

Government officials said Nigeria House will help position the country as an attractive destination for investment and innovation. They added that the initiative shows Nigeria’s commitment to being an active player in global economic discussions and to building stronger links with the international business community.
