Tinubu Orders Manhunt As Terrorists Kill Over 40 In Niger State

President Bola Tinubu has ordered security agencies to launch a full manhunt after terrorists attacked several communities in Niger State, killing more than 40 people. The President described the attack as cruel and unacceptable, and directed the military, police, and intelligence services to track down those responsible and bring them to justice.

The attack reportedly happened in rural areas where residents were going about their daily activities. Many homes were destroyed, and families were forced to flee for safety. Local leaders and humanitarian groups have raised concern about the growing insecurity in the region and its impact on farming, schooling, and everyday life.

Following the incident, the Federal Government promised stronger security presence in the affected communities and support for victims. Relief materials and emergency aid are expected to be sent to displaced families, while authorities review security strategies to prevent further attacks.

President Tinubu urged citizens to stay alert and report suspicious movements to security agencies. He also called on communities to work closely with the government, stressing that peace and safety remain a top priority for his administration.
