Niger Tornadoes head coach, Majin Mohammed, has explained why his team suffered a defeat against Kwara United in their NPFL clash. According to him, the players failed to stay focused during key moments of the match, which allowed the opponents to take control. He admitted that small mistakes cost the team valuable points.
Mohammed noted that although Tornadoes created chances, they were unable to convert them into goals. He said the team must become more clinical in front of goal if they hope to improve their standing in the league. The coach added that missed chances and loss of concentration made the defeat inevitable.
He also praised Kwara United for their strong performance, saying they showed more hunger and discipline throughout the match. Mohammed stressed that Tornadoes must learn from the experience and return stronger. He promised that the team will work hard in training to fix the problems.
The coach assured fans that the team is still committed to achieving better results. He encouraged supporters to remain patient, adding that the players are determined to bounce back in the next NPFL game.
