Rivers State former governor, Rotimi Amaechi, has revealed his plans for Nigeria’s cabinet if he becomes president. Amaechi said he intends to split the federal cabinet into two parts to improve efficiency and governance. According to him, this move will help the government address pressing national issues more effectively.
Amaechi explained that one part of the cabinet will focus on economic development and infrastructure, while the other will handle social services and citizen welfare. He believes this division will ensure that all sectors receive proper attention and resources.
The presidential hopeful also emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability in his proposed administration. He pledged to appoint ministers based on competence, expertise, and commitment to public service, rather than political considerations alone.
Amaechi concluded by urging Nigerians to support his vision, saying that his cabinet plan is aimed at strengthening governance, reducing bureaucratic delays, and delivering meaningful results to the citizens.
