The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kano has confirmed the arrest of 11 individuals suspected to be involved in armed criminal activities across the state. According to the command, the arrests followed a series of coordinated operations aimed at dismantling groups responsible for robbery, assault, and other violent crimes. Officials say the suspects were picked up from different locations after weeks of surveillance.

The NSCDC noted that the operation was part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen security and restore public confidence in law enforcement.
