We must kick against episodic governance in Nigeria – SDP’s Adebayo tells ACF

Presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Prince Adewole Adebayo, has urged the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) and Nigerians to stand against what he described as “episodic governance.” He said the country cannot continue with leadership that only reacts to problems after they occur instead of planning ahead.

Adebayo stressed the need for consistent, long-term policies that will improve security, grow the economy, and strengthen national unity. According to him, Nigeria deserves leaders with clear strategies, not those who rely on short-term fixes or election-time promises.

He noted that meaningful progress can only be achieved when government policies are stable and focused on development, not temporary solutions. Adebayo warned that without sustained leadership and proper planning, Nigeria will keep struggling with insecurity, unemployment, and poor infrastructure.

The SDP candidate also encouraged citizens to demand better governance and support leaders who are prepared to work for real, lasting change. He called on groups like the ACF to play their part by promoting accountability and good leadership across the country.
