President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has promised that his administration will intensify efforts to defeat terrorism and criminal elements across Nigeria. Speaking at a recent event, the President assured citizens that the government remains fully committed to securing lives and property. He noted that the battle against insecurity remains a top priority and pledged to use every available tool to bring peace to all parts of the country.
Tinubu also announced plans to deepen Nigeria’s engagement with global leaders to fight terrorism more effectively. According to him, security challenges are now international issues, and cooperation with other countries is necessary to win the war against violent groups. He explained that Nigeria will work with friendly nations, security partners, and global institutions to help improve intelligence, training, and resources.
The President further stressed that Nigeria must take advantage of diplomatic relationships and strategic alliances to weaken terrorists and disrupt their networks. He pointed out that collaboration with global allies will help address illegal arms flow, financing of terrorist activities, and cross-border crimes. Tinubu emphasized that no nation can successfully fight insecurity alone.
While calling on Nigerians to remain patient and support the government’s efforts, Tinubu assured that progress is being made. He stated that military, security agencies, and local partners are working day and night to protect citizens. He praised the courage of armed forces and promised to continue providing them with the necessary support to succeed in their mission.
Tinubu concluded by expressing confidence that Nigeria will overcome insecurity with unity and determination. He urged citizens to remain vigilant and encouraged communities to report suspicious activities. According to him, peace will return stronger than before, and Nigeria will continue to build solid partnerships across the world to achieve lasting stability.
