Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has spoken out about an alleged attack on him at the Port Harcourt International Airport.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, the singer claimed that he was assaulted by unidentified individuals shortly after arriving in Rivers State. Portable explained that the confrontation started unexpectedly and escalated before airport security intervened.
He said, “I was attacked at the airport, but thank God for my life. Some people don’t like my success, but I leave everything to God. No matter what, I’m still standing strong.”
The singer, known for his outspoken personality, assured fans that he was safe and unhurt. He also thanked his supporters for their messages and prayers, promising to continue performing despite the challenges.
Portable’s statement has sparked reactions online, with fans expressing concern and urging the authorities to ensure the safety of artists during public events and travels.
