At the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA80), Nigeria reaffirmed its support for a two-state solution as the pathway to lasting peace between Israel and Palestine. Vice President Kashim Shettima, who delivered Nigeria’s statement at the assembly, stressed that only a fair and just resolution can end decades of conflict in the Middle East.
