An Ibom Air flight heading out of Abuja was forced to make an emergency return after a passenger reportedly suffered a medical emergency mid-air. The incident occurred shortly after takeoff, prompting the pilot to act swiftly in line with standard aviation safety procedures.

According to reports, the crew immediately provided first aid and informed ground control before turning the aircraft back to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. Medical personnel were already on standby when the plane landed, ensuring the passenger received urgent attention.
