Mbappe now 6th in all-time UCL top scorers chart

Kylian Mbappé has reached a big milestone in the Champions League. He is now the sixth all-time top scorer after passing Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Mbappé scored twice from the penalty spot to help Real Madrid beat Marseille 2–1. This match was also Xabi Alonso’s first as Real Madrid’s head coach.

Since joining Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain, Mbappé has scored 50 goals in 64 games. He needs just one more goal to overtake Gerd Müller and take sole possession of sixth place in the scoring chart.

Cristiano Ronaldo leads the list with 140 goals, followed by Lionel Messi (129), Robert Lewandowski (105), Karim Benzema (90), and Raúl (71). Mbappé is on track to climb even higher among Europe’s top scorers.
