Wizkid’s associate, Tufab, has accused Davido of threatening his life after sharing screenshots of an alleged chat between them.
He made the claim in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, where he also warned the public to hold Davido responsible if anything happens to him.
In the leaked messages, Davido accused Tufab of calling him “Osakpolo,” a name he found offensive. Davido also identified himself as a member of the “Aye” fraternity and described Tufab as a “Bird,” adding a warning that suggested a confrontation.
Tufab, however, denied ever insulting Davido or calling him that name. He pleaded with Davido to stop issuing threats, noting that he had never spoken badly about him.
He also stated clearly that he is not part of any cult group and has no association with such groups. According to him, he respects people’s choices but does not belong to any fraternity.
Tufab further explained that this was not the first time he had received such warnings from Davido, describing the situation as a repeated pattern.
He said his life was in danger and insisted that if anything happens to him, Davido should be held responsible.
The situation has since sparked mixed reactions on X, with many users criticizing Davido over the alleged threats.
