Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman has made it clear that he will no longer play for Atalanta in the Italian Serie A. The Super Eagles star has reportedly told the club’s management that he is done wearing their jersey.
His decision comes as Inter Milan prepare to make a third bid for his signature. The Serie A giants have already had two offers turned down but are now ready to offer an amount close to Atalanta’s asking price.
Sports journalist Onyebuchi Onokala, popularly known as Buchi Laba, confirmed on X that Inter Milan are determined to get the deal done. He revealed that Lookman has told Atalanta he only wants to join Inter, but the club is considering selling him to teams outside Italy instead.
