Two contestants from Big Brother Naija Season 10, Danboskid and Ibifubara, were voted out of the show yesterday during the live eviction.

On Sunday night, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu chatted with the housemates and asked Thelma what she thought about Isabella.

Thelma responded by saying she didn’t feel responsible for Isabella, referring to events from a past Head of House challenge.

Big Brother praised the housemates for doing well in the week’s wager task and other activities. He then announced that Rooboy was voted the most influential housemate for the week, and his prize would be shown live.

However, Rooboy’s eviction followed soon after, after a tense search for an immunity card left 27 housemates at risk of being evicted.

Before leaving, Danboskid received a heartfelt hug from his close friend Zita, and the other housemates cheered for him. On stage, he said the eviction felt unreal.

He also cleared up a previous comment about women and described Zita as very beautiful. Danboskid said he hopes to work in Nollywood and continue his relationship with Zita outside the show.

Ibifubara shared that she felt lonely during the week because of changes in friendships. She also admitted being attracted to housemates Otega and Bright Morgan but decided not to act on it, thinking it wasn’t the right time. She revealed plans to start a podcast and grow her hair brand creatively.

Denari was close to eviction after landing in the bottom three according to the voting results but managed to stay.

After the eviction, Rooboy was officially named the most influential housemate of the week.

The eviction night also included sad news about the death of Ayotunde Elegbede, who was part of the show’s production team.
