Talent manager Ubi Franklin has said that once artists become famous, staying disciplined becomes hard, especially when it comes to relationships.
He shared this thought on the Culture Sonic Podcast, where he explained that both male and female artists face the same issue—being involved with too many people romantically, though it shows differently in each gender.
Ubi mentioned that artists are easier to manage before they become famous. Once they gain popularity, their behavior often changes, and they become harder to guide.
He said that an artist who hasn’t had a hit song is still willing to listen and take advice. But once they become successful, their biggest challenge is controlling their sexual desires—men tend to chase many women, and women also become more sexually active.
