Nigerian singer and rapper Oladotun Alade, popularly known as Dotman, has said he regrets leaving Nigeria for the United States. The “Star Life” crooner revealed that life hasn’t been easy since he moved abroad.
He shared that he has been silently struggling since his relocation. Dotman admitted that things have been tough for him and that he now wishes he had never made the move.
A major reason for his regret is that he hasn’t seen his children in about two years. He expressed how painful this long separation has been for him.
In a post on his Instagram page, he said he’s been going through a lot in silence and regrets ever deciding to leave Nigeria. He opened up emotionally about the personal challenges he has faced since relocating.
Over the past decade, many Nigerian celebrities have also moved abroad. Stars like Asake, Eldee, Dr. Sid, Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Rita Dominic, Tacha, Uche Jombo, and Emeka Ike are among those who have relocated from Nigeria.
