Controversial online personality, Verydarkman, has once again gotten people talking with a strong statement about Benue State.

In a video that quickly went viral, he said that Benue looks like it’s still stuck in the year 1940. According to him, it is the most backward state he has ever seen in Nigeria.

He complained about the poor condition of the roads and the high level of insecurity in the area. He believes these problems are stopping investors from coming to the state.

Verydarkman also shared that he is currently working on a borehole project in Yelwata, a community in Benue. However, the work has been put on hold because the local workers are scared for their lives due to the security threats in the area.
